how top prepare maple glazed salmon ?
ingredient:
1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets (at room temperature)
Brushing with olive oil
Heaping a quarter teaspoon of kosher salt
3 tblsp maple syrup (pure)
3 tblsp balsamic vinaigrette
1 teaspoon mustard (Dijon)
1 grated garlic clove
Instructions:
Allow the salmon to come to room temperature after removing it from the refrigerator. Preheat the broiler to its highest setting*.
Whisk together the maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, and grated garlic in a small saucepan. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes on medium low heat, or until the sauce has slightly thickened.
Brush a large sheet of aluminum foil with olive oil and place it on a baking sheet. Dry each piece of salmon and set it skin side down on the foil. Brush a little oli over the salmon.
